• Entrepreneurial Member – For founders and management who are building or running businesses related to creativity, branding, design, technology or intellectual property, and for those who wish to leverage IP to expand markets, build brands and develop licensing or collaboration opportunities.
  
• Mediator Member – For professionals or aspiring professionals in mediation, law, dispute resolution, IP services and related fields, especially those interested in cross-border and Greater Bay Area IP dispute resolution, practical training and professional networking.
  
• General Member – For members of the public who are interested in intellectual property, branding and the creative industries, and who would like to join talks, networking activities and industry information sharing. No specific professional qualification is required. Creative practitioners, start-up team members and supporters of IP culture are all welcome.
  
• Student Member – For local and overseas tertiary students who are interested in intellectual property, protection of creative works, brand building or the creative/cultural industries, or who plan to develop their careers in these areas.
