Davis Chan

Chairman of Creative IP Farm Foundation Limited

Davis Chan is a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong commitment to public service. As Chairman of IP Farm, he is dedicated to bringing together leaders from business, intellectual property, culture and the community to advance creative entrepreneurship and sustainable economic development.

Davis is actively engaged in public and community affairs across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. He currently serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Dongguan, and as President of the Dongguan–Hong Kong Bay Area Association, where he works to strengthen regional collaboration and people-to-people connectivity. He also contributes to public governance and social well-being as a member of the Governing Committees of Kwai Chung Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital, a member of the Campaign Committee of The Community Chest of Hong Kong, and an Honorary Director of The Y. Elites Association.

Alongside his public service, Davis brings solid experience in business leadership. He is a Director of Yick Fung Hong Cosmetic & Detergent Company, and a Non-executive Director of Fulum Group Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1443), providing strategic insight and oversight at board level.

Through his cross-disciplinary experience spanning public service, business and community engagement, Davis plays a key role in shaping IP Farm as a platform that connects cross-sector capabilities and leverages intellectual property to support the growth of creative and cultural-led enterprises.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board comprises professionals with expertise in intellectual property, mediation, arbitration and cross‑border practice. It strengthens IP Farm’s ability to support the creative industries in addressing complex IP challenges, advancing IP‑driven development and managing related risks.

Dr Kitty Kwok

International Arbitrator, International Mediation Expert, Mediation Trainer and Adjudicator
Dr. Kitty Kwok serves as a Greater Bay Area Corporate Advisor at Hong Kong Intellectual Property Advisory Services Limited. She is actively engaged in cross‑border arbitration and mediation, with appointments at leading arbitration and mediation institutions across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Arbitrator, Mediator
Dr. Lau serves as Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the International Alliance of SMEs and is a Partner of Hong Kong Intellectual Property Advisory Services Limited (HKIPAS). He has been appointed to various advisory and public roles by government departments and industry bodies.
